Welcome! Toucan Software was started in February of 2008 to offer developers and enthusiasts applications for the web including counters, guestbooks, and forms. March 14, 2008 For those who had downloaded TSW PHP_Counter prior to today, there was a missing file called 'count.log'. This issue has now been resolved and any future files downloaded from the server will now have this file included. Sorry for the inconvienence. ----- Toucan Counter v1.0 Released February 29, 2008 Toucan Counter is a PHP text counter that displays the number of page views using a text file.
